My life is driven by one purpose and that is to be of service, to see people thrive and live up to their highest potential. I have lived in many different parts of the world, which has taught me to connect with people from all walks of life. For nearly 15 years, I have worked in media and education and now proudly wear two professional hats – coaching and e-learning design. I am a proud volunteer for the International Association for Human Values, where I teach trauma and stress management programmes.
A Unique Offer
As far as I know I’m the only internationally certified (ICF) Ontological Coach in South Africa that offers individual, team coaching, coaching circles (certified), and e-learning design. My background in academia and Masters Degree in Media & Digital Cultures obtained from The Netherlands has allowed me to blend my passion for people with learning.
I offer blended learning solutions (a mix of personal/team coaching and online learning ) because I’ve seen that learning needs to be sustained over time to yield results (sadly ‘once off’ interventions don’t work).
Experience
With close to 15 years of experience in media, education and coaching, my most recent roles include coaching talented entrepreneurs at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation (for the past three years); a six month coaching programme for women at the Business Activator Programme in Phillipi as well as designing and facilitating professional development workshops. A few examples include a series of workshops to increase productivity, engagement and overall employee wellness for a fin-tech company in Cape Town and creating and facilitating a 12-week blended Leadership Coaching for Women in Business Programme.
I’ve cut my teeth in academia by developing new curricula for under and post graduate students, and have helped clients build their own e-courses, online academy and online Diplomas. I’d love to do the same for you!
